Realtek has launched a new generation of highly integrated single-chip solution, the RTL8735C. With its high system-level integration and exceptional performance, this ultra-low-power SoC combines a high-performance multi-core CPU, NPU, wireless connectivity, image processing, two-way audio, and AI edge computing in an all-in-one SoC. Customers no longer need to struggle with selecting and matching multiple solutions, enabling them to significantly reduce product design complexity and overall BOM cost. The RTL8735C features a next-generation AI ISP capable of producing high-resolution, full-color images in real time, even under extremely low-light conditions. It breaks the traditional reliance on added lighting in surveillance applications and provides clearer, more stable image quality. Combined with dual-band Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth BLE 5.3 connectivity, the chip maintains high speed, low latency, and strong reliability in remote wireless transmission and high-traffic data scenarios—meeting the connectivity demands of next-generation AIoT devices.
For the battery life needs of mobile and wearable devices, the RTL8735C adopts an ultra-low-power design that supports long-duration operation under limited power conditions. Its fully integrated single-chip design enables one of the world’s smallest module form factors, allowing easy integration even in highly space-constrained devices.
